Morrow Manor, named after Ardis Morrow – a local champion for domestic violence survivors, is an eight-unit housing complex for survivors of domestic violence. Rand Hillier donated the land in honor of his late wife and, along with Ardis Morrow and Poulsbo-North Kitsap Rotary Club, fundraised for the construction of the property.

There were so many people who brought this project to life: passionate donors committed to the empowerment of women and families impacted by domestic violence, the Poulsbo-North Kitsap Rotary Foundation, the Poulsbo-North Kitsap Rotary Club, the Poulsbo-North Kitsap Domestic Violence Prevention Committee Members, community members such as Mayor Erickson and Commissioner Gelder, Hill Moving, and YWCA Kitsap County Board of Directors and Staff Harriette Bryant, Linda Joyce, Denise Frey, Jackie Brown and Shawana Miller just to name some of the many contributors.

Morrow Manor provides an opportunity for survivors of domestic violence to overcome barriers and prevent the cycle of violence for future generations. With the support of YWCA HomeSafe services, residents can find renewal and empowerment, a safe place to achieve goals, and a home in which they can make a healthy transition into better lives for themselves and their children.
